RADCODA GROUP PMA: PRIVATE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE

This notice is issued by Radcoda Group PMA, a lawfully established Private Membership Association, to declare all intellectual property (IP) related to our platforms, brands, and materials as privately owned, governed, and protected under private contract and common law jurisdiction.

1. PRIVATE DOMAIN CLAIM

Radcoda Group PMA and its subsidiaries (Streamoda PMA, Sonic Drape PMA, Sonoda, Energy Bots, and others) operate entirely in the private domain. All works produced, distributed, or shared are for private member use only.

These include, but are not limited to:

• Brand names, logos, taglines

• Educational materials, wellness programs, and mentorship content

• Web platforms, mobile apps, source code, design systems

• Audio, video, graphics, documents, and proprietary content

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY DECLARATION

The Radcoda Group PMA hereby declares full original authorship and ownership of the intellectual property related to its platforms and creative work. This includes both current and future material, whether published or unpublished.

No part of this material may be:

• Reproduced

• Registered with public or statutory authorities

• Monetised or claimed by any third party

• Used for commercial, governmental, or public domain purposes

...without express written consent and a private agreement signed by Radcoda Group PMA.

3. USE BY MEMBERS

All IP is accessible to members of Radcoda Group PMA under the following terms:

• Use is permitted solely for private, educational, or transformative purposes.

• No public or third-party dissemination without written agreement.

• Any derivative or collaborative use must honour authorship and require formal permission.

Violating these terms will constitute a breach of private contract and may be met with private resolution, notice of default, and lawful invoicing.

4. JURISDICTION & REMEDY

This notice operates under:

• Natural law and common law principles

• The law of private contract

• The Charter of Radcoda Group PMA

All disputes, claims, or misunderstandings shall be resolved privately, with remedies available via member arbitration, private settlement, or equity-based remedy.

5. NOTICE TO PUBLIC & AUTHORITIES

Radcoda Group PMA does not consent to any public registration, seizure, or interference with our property, works, or brand. Any such action will be deemed unlawful and will trigger lawful remedy procedures.

This notice serves as a standing claim of right, ownership, and non-consent to all statutory jurisdiction regarding our intellectual property.
